Background
Automated warehouse systems often rely on stacker cranes to move goods vertically and horizontally within high-density storage areas. In transfer or rail-changing applications, the equipment does not only travel along a single fixed aisle, but may also need to connect with transfer sections or operate across more complex movement paths.
This project involved a transfer stacker crane system requiring stable power supply during repeated movement and rail-transfer operation. Compared with standard warehouse travel systems, this type of application places higher demands on conductor rail layout, current collection stability, and long-term operating consistency.
